clean, kool, modern, helpful staff excellent

the rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and safe. it has especially helpful employees.

During my 4-night stay, I faced a few inconveniences. The wifi was rather slow. The air conditioning was centrally turned off, made my room quite warm at times. I also noticed that the shower spout would drip occasionally, annoying.

The doors opening up to the outside from our room was really great! The location couldn't be more perfect, so close to everything! THe staff was also very friendly.

Thought it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Hotel was pleasant, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The location was incredible - short walk to all the main sites from there, the major attractions and public transport. This was my 2nd stay, they offered single room with free tea and coffee.

Excellent staff, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable. The glass wall and disco lights in the bathroom was quite novel and fun! I slept like a baby each night and was not disturbed at all.

The duvet did not have a cover on it. The croisants in the morning were a tiny bit stale.

It was in the center of Madrid, only 5 minutes from the main points (Plaza Mayor,Plaza De Sol, Gran Via, Santa Anna, Atocha,Prado). The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel was new and modern and the breakfast was good.

The location is great and the hotel vey modern. We did like the style and function of breakfast.The rooms are well designed.

Petty I only discovered the function of the shower ligths when checking out. The beds could be more confortable. We didin't get to see the terrace, the elevator wasn't working that day.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was delightful with so many options, and the incredible water pressure made showers luxurious. The room layout was unique, adding a fun twist to our experience. I'd definitely come back!

there was often a weird smell (like the sewage) in the room and the shower-room was see-through (we had to turn off the lights) and no hooks in the shower-room

the room was not cleaned properly: the towels weren't changed for 4 days and the wastes were left there as well.

Basic but totally OK hotel with very central location. Breakfast adequate, and nice that water and fruits were for free 24/7.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walking distance from Place Mayor and Plaza del Sol. Very closed to metro station which makes your trip even more comfortable. Very friendly and helpful stuff!

We hit up the Royal Palace and enjoyed a Flamenco show that was epic. The hotel was really convenient for getting around, but be mindful of the noise from the street at night. It didn't bother us, though. Great amenities.

The bathroom setup was a bit odd. Privacy was hard to come by since the sink was in the main room and the shower was semi-open. It wasn't a big deal, but just something to keep in mind .
